Bush Lied, They Died with Dead Solider Names T-Shirts - Now for Sale AGAIN
In a federal court ruling Thursday in Flagstaff, an Arizona resident (Daniel Frazier) will now be allowed to continue manufacturing and selling T-shirts bearing the names of deceased soldiers. Frazier, who runs the site carryabigsticker.com was selling t-shirts with the names of dead soldiers in Irag with various anti-Bush slogans such as Bush Lied, They Died. The issue was whether or not Frazier had the right to use the names of the dead soldiers without getting the permission of their families. The battle is not over though, The Attorney General’s Office will still decide if they will appeal Thursday’s ruling.
Here is the shirt

First, how do I find out if my brother’s name is on this???
Secondly, though I agree that because Bush is a lying bastard, my brother and thousands of others lost their lives in a foreign land, I do not believe this is right. Dennis was only 20 and a father of a 14 month old. It is not fair. But, he went over there to do a job, deliver medical supplies to the troops, and he believed in it. He was helping others. I KNOW that he would NOT want his name on that shirt. It is crap that Dan Frazier is able to get away with this.

I see Both Sides, But What would the Deceased ( third side) want? We don’t exactly know, But doesent anyone (in the Military)that Go’s to War or not is steping up for what this Once Great Nation Represents or represented and Our COnstitution is Part of It! If I was Killed in the Line of Duty while the whole time Taking an Oath to defend our Country and Protect Our way of Life, and Our Right’s Including but not limmited to our 1st Amendment Right, Than I would not Mind Others excercising there Right that I Took an oath to step up for while representing “AMERICA”, “not AMARIKA” PERIOD! Death to the NEW WORLD ORDER - Freedom isint Free………

I would like to say as the mother of a combat medic who give his life doing what he wanted to do that I find that usind my son’s name in this way is disrespecting his memory.
I would like his name removed from the shirt.
I realize that you have the right to voice your opinion and I have no problem with that. I just do not think you should use th names of thoes killed.
