Law to stop Dead Soliders Names on Anti-War T-Shirts (SB 1014)
Arizona lawmakers voted 28-0 to make it against the law to use the names of deceased soldiers on products for sale. The popular anti-war t-shirts are now considered ‘unconstitutional’. This allows families to go to court to stop sales of the t-shirts and collect for any damages. The creator of the dead solider name t-shirts does not plan on ceasing the sale of the t-shirts and insists that stopping him would be an illegal infringement on his First Amendment rights. The current shirts for sale have the names of dead soliders and feature the phrase Bush Lied, They Died with over 3,000 soldier names. Other tshirt variants include: “Support our Remaining Troops,” with “Bring the Rest Home Alive”

The T-Shirt is sick! The parents should send out notice to North America to help them in their fight to stop the idiots from making money off the dead! The idiot is making money off the soldiers and he talks about Presisent Bush! The owners of these t-shirts are worse, including the fools who think they are standing up for something.I want your pictures and all those who bought them so we can make money from you, your families failures, families deaths, can we do that?Send them on! Lets post your DEAD and all they stood for!! So don’t like Bush but like to think the more that die under the war act the more money you make! What’s with that! You need dead soldiers to make money, so what are you really saying…Do you support the war, you must because you make mnoney from the dead. You are sick and God save your soul! I hope my family dosen’t have to save you no time soon(yes they are military), but knowing them they’ll save everyone, not only dirty death seekers like you!
